What a great race! I did my personal best 1/2 time and should have pushed a little harder. I didn't want to bonk toward the end but felt great the entire time. Even on that monstrous hill the last mile. I am happy with my splits. They are as follows...

The 8:05 or 8:36 were up a hill and I was losing energy fast. I took a shot block toward the top and was good to go for the last few miles. Onward to the marathon! |
