Okay, we'll see if this works. This is my first entry so I don't know. I feel totally lame even having a running blog because I am definately not a competitve runner. And I am not that fast. But, I want to keep track of my miles and see if it helps. We started today at the top of Veyo Hill and ran to the church. I felt pretty good and pushed hard miles 6,7,8 then had a hard time starting again. I took it easy the rest of the way and was ready to stop at the church!
